Click on the arrow controls on the axis labels to explore the different regional correlations. Note the the crosshairs in the middle of chart lie on the average value.

For example, Scotland is the outlier to the broadly negative correlation between TV viewing time and SVOD penetration*. When comparing household size and number of TV sets, regions tend to cluster around the average with a few notable outliers.

London stands alone in terms of TV sets and viewing time, skewing the relationship of more TVs corresponds to more viewing.
